4. Client Operational Liability

Service Delivery: We are entirely separate from, and hold zero liability for, the actual restoration, extraction, drying, or remediation services performed by your company.

Customer Disputes: Any customer disputes, insurance carrier friction, property damage, bodily injury, or legal claims arising from a lead generated by our system are strictly between your business and the property owner.

5. SMS and Telemarketing Compliance

By utilizing our marketing automation pipelines, clients assume full responsibility for complying with federal and state communication laws. In accordance with the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), RestoreGen provides the infrastructure for text and voice communication, but the client warrants that all targeted data lists have granted explicit, verifiable, written consent to be contacted. RestoreGen accepts no liability for statutory fines or regulatory violations resulting from improper list management or unsolicited outreach initiated by the client.
